Shipping Policy

Brutal Glass accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Orders are shipped from our location in Henderson Nevada usually within 1-2 business days.

Shipping and handling charges depend on the carrier, destination, and the weight of your order. Brutal Glass ships to all 50 states, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Brutal Glass is not responsible for any additional fees that customs may charge including taxes or duties, nor are we responsible for any items that may be confiscated by customs.  Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and information. 

Brutal Glass is NOT responsible for shipping issues resulting from user errors during checkout or for packages that are lost/stolen during transit.  Should your order be returned to us due to an invalid shipping address resulting from an input error when placing the order, you will have the option to have the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee.  If you do not want your package to be resent, we will refund your order minus the shipping and handling fees.  If your is lost/stolen, you will be required to contact the carrier to file a claim before reaching out to Brutal Glass for a replacement. 

Return Policy

Brutal Glass offers a 15 day return policy.

Glass must be unused and in its original packaging. Once product is received, upon inspection, a refund will be issued in 7 to 10 business days for the total purchasing price minus return shipping cost.  

Broken and/or damaged product delivered 

We at Brutal Glass do our best to insure your order is received undamaged. But sometimes things do happen that is out of our control. If your order is received broken or damaged we will replace your order at no cost to you.

Please contact us via brutalglasslv@gmail.com and include a photo of the the broken product. A return shipping label will be emailed.

Once we receive your broken product, a replacement will be shipped Within 1-2 business days followed by an email confirmation and tracking info.
